Alcantara has been the main partner of two internationally acclaimed events dedicated to the “Great Cinema” organized by Luce Cinecittà in Los Angeles, celebrating the Italian excellence and its attitude to creativity: “Franca: Chaos & Creation” by Francesco Carrozzini and “Fire At Sea”, a Berlin International Film Festival Golden Bear winner.
From November 14th to 23rd the glamorous film festival Cinema Italian Style 2016 celebrated Italian contemporary cinema in the extraordinary framework of the Egyptian Theatre, where Alcantara upholstered more than 600 seats in a luxury blue navy.
This is not the first time Alcantara stands out in the world of Art, but has cultivated strong relationships with artists and designers as well as with international museum institutions. Alcantara was also partner of the “30th Annual American Cinematheque Awards Gala”, held in Los Angeles at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in October, honoring Sir Ridley Scott.
