ALCANTARA & GCDS NEW PARTNERSHIP FOR THE NEW F/W 2021

Alcantara unveils for their Fall-Winter 2021-22 Men & Women Collection a completely Made In Italy partnership with famous streetwear brand GCDS.
Thanks to designer Giuliano Calza’s creativity, our luxurious soft-touch material is once again transformed into special and unique pieces of art, completing the designer’s collection expression of sophisticated tailor-made.
The extreme adaptability and versatility of Alcantara makes it a suitable material for infinite customizations.
Alcantara pushes its limits and opens up to new stylistic opportunities through the use of style and color. The Womens’ collection is a mixture of comfort and sensuality, starting from the sporty ‘love’ suit with its bomber jacket and candy pink trousers, to the soft Jumpsuit and the cow print blazer, reaching higher levels of sensuality with the mini-seashell dress in soft colors with provocative necklines that include the use of bras, bralettes and bodysuits.
On the other hand, the Mens’ collection is based on oversized cuts such as the bomber with the logo ton-sur-ton, total looks in green cow print, trousers and last but not least, trench coats and jumpsuits to complete the looks.
Alcantara, an highly innovative material, symbol of Made In Italy excellence, is the perfect mixture of aesthetic and functionality. It’s ability of capturing all the senses, combined with a serious and certified commitment to sustainability made it the first Italian company to receive the ‘Carbon Neutral’ Status in 2009, making the brand a true contemporary lifestyle icon.

GCDS’s Creative Director Giuliano Calza, takes an intrinsic trip in his subconscious being, theme of their FW21/22 Collection. He explores the mood, vibrations, euphoric highs and lows creating a tactile and versatile line-up, materialized in a fashion movie shot on film by Albert Moya.
